This 100AM outlet of Grain Traders opened last year, and just like its CapitaGreen sibling, it’s welcoming, buzzy, offers seated dining and takeaway, and makes you feel good just being there. Hit yourself up with one of their six signature Hero Bowls ($16) like The Beebop – a cracking medley of pulled pork shoulder, furikake corn, crudities slaw and mixed bean Pico de Gallo on brown rice. Alternatively, #mixeatlove your own concoctions with seared marinated tuna, grilled striploin steak, lentils patty and endless hot and cold veggies, toppings and sauces. Naturally, the grain offerings are epic. You want Japanese rice, brown rice, quinoa, bulgar wheat, soba noodles or super greens? You got them!

Plenty by name, plenty by nature, this day-to-night patisserie/ brasserie/grocer has a whole lot to give thanks to the ingredients which come directly from Plentyfull’s in-house farming collective, Little Farms. For lunch there’s a grab ‘n’ go buffet-style spread. For $17 you choose your base (leaves, broken wheat or risoni), one protein like Beef Meatballs in Tomato Fondue or Gratinated Miso Cauliflower, and add two sides – think maple & bacon Brussels sprouts, green lentil stew or roasted Kin Tan Farm mushrooms. Come evening, Plentyfull transforms into a restaurant serving Thai Roasted Chicken with Garlic and Cilantro ($26), Pure Black Natural Angus Strip Steak ($36) and House-Smoked Mussels on Toast ($24). You can also buy food from the gourmet grocer which serves as the surrounding décor for this industrial-feel food haven.

Serving superfoods from Norway and championing ‘clean nutrition’, you’ll find acai and pitaya superbowls, smorrebrod sandwiches (dense rye bread), smoothies, freshly pressed juices (their plant-based ‘almond mylk’ is a vegan-friendly option) and premium Norwegian salmon. And this is not just any kind of salmon. This stuff comes straight from the fjords, meaning it’s super-fresh and bursting with nutrients. Taking us on a ‘nutritional journey’, everything is prepped and cooked on site and the dishes on offer allow you to be super-strict with your diet. Whether you want clean-eats, protein-packed or Paleo, vegetarian or vegan, decide on ‘petite’ ($9) to ’x-large’ boxes ($18) and pick your proteins, carbs, supplements and toppings. Ingredients range from tofu, tilapia, rib-eye steak, salmon, egg white, baby spinach, zucchini, avocado, coconuts and almonds, and come drizzled with one of nine dressings (ginger-pinzu to honey-curry). Dine in, take out or order a delivery post-workout for extra happy-body points.
